Listing Release Guarantee

            Our Goal is to sell or lease your property. In the course of your listing, should you desire to be released from your listing agreement for any reason simply contact your Agent or the Broker.  We will release you from your listing agreement with "No Hassle" whatsoever, provided all legal requirements for the release have been satisfied.

What's Required?  One Document

            The Listing Withdrawal Form.  Once the Listing Withdrawal is executed and delivered to the Agent or the Broker, we promise to remove your property from the MLS within 48 hours.  All marketing will cease upon its next renewal. Signage, lock boxes, and marketing materials will be removed or picked up within 48 hours.

Internet Marketing

            Advertising on the MLS, MPR website and agent websites will be terminated within 48 hours of receipt of the fully executed Listing Withdrawal form.  Other internet marketing that is the result of "spider" marketing is beyond the Agents and MPR's immediate control and will eventually terminate.

Property Under Contract

            Property listed with MarketPlace REALTY which is under contract, with or without contingencies, is exempt from this program and paragraph four of the Virginia Association of Realtors Listing Agreement will remain in effect for the designated term based upon the listing termination date.
